Nina Bouwmeester (1989) studied Dutch language and culture at the University of Leiden and subsequently obtained her first grade teaching qualification.
Over the years, she has gained a lot of teaching experience, both in the Netherlands and in international education. After her studies, she worked for five years at a bilingual secondary school in Rotterdam and two years at the European School in The Hague. From 2018 to 2020 she lived in Madrid, where she taught Dutch to children and adults. In 2022, she moved back to Spain, where she works as a teacher for IB Dutch and for Dutch as a second language.
In her spare time, she studies Spanish and she likes to read modern literature. Nina is a Dutch language tutor for students in the IBDP-programme Dutch A: Literature. She works for VORM Tutoring and for our partner Stichting INIO (INIO Foundation).
